If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, a refund will be given for products returned in new condition within 30 days of receipt, shipping and handling paid by the customer. The purchase price plus applicable taxes applied at the time of purchase will be refunded to the customer’s credit card upon receipt of the returned product.

Returns are generally processed in 2 to 3 business days from the time we receive the returned item. Please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your credit card.

We reserve the right to verify that returned merchandise meets the terms and conditions of our refund policy before issuing a return credit.

Return of damaged orders

If you are returning a package because it arrived damaged and you do not wish to do an exchange, return the item in its original shipment packing. Your shipping costs will be included in your refund.

If you wish to do an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.
