Leading in Ambiguity

There is no definitive roadmap to mark the path through ambiguity. These conditions require that we cultivate new forms of leadership that help all members of the organization understand, manage, and move forward in the risk, vagueness and complexity surrounding their decisions. This includes leaving behind more directive forms of leadership and exercising more inquiring, orchestrative approaches.

This highly experiential workshop will provide you with an opportunity to explore your own ways of leading in ambiguity. We explore how to create relationships and find questions to uncover and address the dilemmas you and your team face as you seek a way forward together. Leaving the workshop, you will have increased your capacity to stand amidst uncertainty, tell a compelling story about the emerging future, and be better positioned to influence change.
