Context Conversation Series

Once a year we create a space for conversation amongst organizational leaders and poets, artists, authors and practitioners from various fields. The theme changes each year but our intention remains the same: to give leaders an opportunity to engage in stimulating conversation and access powerful learning they can immediately apply in their life and work.

From The Inner Necessities of Leadership  to The Pilgrim Way  the conversation series is designed for those who are open to challenging their personal perspectives, sharing wisdom, and exploring new ways of more effectively engaging the systems in which they work.

Held in a retreat like setting and hosted with great attention to detail, the Conversation Series is an opportunity to re-energize your leadership and find personal renewal.

2014 PROGRAM

This year’s conversation will take place in the Burren, Ireland in August. See Burren Executive Leadership Retreat for more information, and contact us if you’re interested in receiving an invitation.

The Inner Necessities of Leadership

Our ability to live and thrive in a complex, changing world depends on how well we bridge between what is occurring on the inside and the actions we must take on the outside.

The theme changes each year but our intention remains the same: to give leaders an opportunity to engage in stimulating conversation and access powerful learning they can immediately apply in their life and work.

“The Conversation Series gives me hope for a greater future in organizations (and the world at large) as well as validation that I am on the right path and asking the right questions.”
